Application
1.Door and windos filling high expansion , small shrinkage strong adhesion , suitable for balcony doors and windows ect.
2.The closet and cabinet use pu foam that can absorb moisture and prevent the clothes from being damp and mildewed.
Use by gun: polyurethane foam
Step 1. Shake the can at least 30 times.
Step 2. Clean and dampen the place where will be filled.
Step 3. Place the can upside down and screw it on the adapter; counter clock wisely open the control valveto have a appropriate flow.
Step 4. Spray the foam from down to up; fill 80% volume of the gap is ok.
Step 5. The tack-free time is about 10 minutes; the foam can be processed after 1 hour.
Step 6. The foam can be trimmed by knife; then its surace can be processed by cement, coating, paint, silicone and so on.

Packing,Storage,Handling and Transportation
There are two kinds of package for the pu foam spray, one is 15 pieces per carton, the other one is 15 pieces per carton. We can stock it in the warehouse on the temperature from -20鈩?to 50鈩? we can load about 17000 pieces per 20 feet container, and about 30000-40000 pieces per 40 feet container.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
12 months in unopened packing store in temperature between +5潞C to +25潞C, keep in cool, shade and well ventilated area. Always keep the can with the valve pointed upwards.
CONSTRUCTION GUIDE
1.Shake can vigorously for one minute before use
2.Clean and pre-moisten surface before use
3.Firmly screw can on adapter, and turn the flow adjustment screw anticlockwise
4.Fill vertical joints from the bottom up when half filled enough
5.Foam begins to cure about ten minutes, wait for one hour before doing the next step.
6. Use knife to smooth out cured foam and treat surface with cement paint or silicone.
